Important Information !                               

During this Program, you will have several assignments to complete on our Online Training Portal. From these assignments, you will get the answers to many of the Learning Assessment Question. Other questions will be answered in the videos and from the workbook interaction.

  • Questions may include specific instructions and specifications for activities and/or reports in the QuickBooks Training File that you must work in to answer the Questions.
    • You  will access this QuickBooks Training File through our Training Server.
    • See the next Lesson for specific instructions How to use this Training Server.
  • Each Question Report Listed MUST be “Saved as a PDF” into your Reports Folder on the Training Server Desktop.
    • Name them by Review Session-Question Number.
      • (Example: Review Session 1 – Question 1 Report = “S1-Q1.pdf”)
    • We will review them as part of your participation in this Program as well as if you need assistance during the program with one-to-one training, or other training support options.
    • These reports are mandatory to successfully complete this Program.
    • Many Questions are “Fill in the Blank”. This will require you to retrieve the answers from your Reports by following the instructions and processes listed, and some will be from your Student Workbook.

Important:

You MUST Complete the Assignments and Assessments in the order they are listed otherwise your answers may be incorrect. Pay attention of what you did so if needed you may need to delete to get back to the original state of the company file to be able to correct your answers.

  • At a last resort you can email us to reset the company file back to the original state for each Module.
  • This sets it back to the beginning of the Module and not a specific Lesson within the Module.

When entering your answers in Fill in the Blank Questions:

  • DO NOT ADD COMMAS FOR PLACEHOLDERS … (Input 10000.00 …  Not 10,000.00)
  • INPUT THE COMPLETE NUMBER INCLUCING THE DECIMAL(s) (Input 10000.00 … Not 10000 or 10000.0)
  • DO NOT ADD $ or % Symbols to Numbers (Input 25.0 … Not 25% or 25.0%, Input 10000.00 … Not $10000.00 or $10000)

For Multiple Choice Questions:

  • Choose ALL Correct Responses .. There will be multiple correct responses in most cases.

DATES: The Training QuickBooks File is set to be dated 3/31/2020 beginning at 8am
               – All activities being performed are as if it were 3/31/2020 

If you do not achieve 85% on the Assignment Questions, you only have up to THREE Retake Opportunities.
