We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver our AEII-certified collision accounting curriculum, provision your Cloud RDP server seat, issue verifiable diplomas, and respond to consulting or legal inquiries:

• Student Identity & Account Credentials: Your First Name, Last Name, business or personal Email Address, Phone Number, and encrypted account password when you register via our 2FA-protected Student Locker (/my-account/).
• Billing & Tuition Records: Billing address, enrolled program titles, order timestamps, and itemized PDF tuition invoice history required for shop accounting and tax records.
• Academic Progress & Examination Telemetry: Module completion status, quiz and final exam scores, earned AEII/ITS PDF certificates, and verified graduate reviews submitted from your Student Locker.
• Support Desk & Consulting Inquiries: Information you voluntarily submit through our Smart Dispatch Contact Form (/contact-us/), including your selected department, message text, and ticket reply history.

When you enroll in a training program, our learning management system (powered by LearnDash LMS) tracks your linear module progression so you can seamlessly resume lessons across desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile devices.

For eligible hands-on QuickBooks training programs, ITS provisions a dedicated student user account on our hosted Cloud Remote Desktop Services (RDS) gateway (rdp.internationaltrainingsolutions.com).

• Isolated Sandbox Practice Environment: Your Cloud RDP session is pre-loaded with our standardized collision repair practice file (ITS Sample Co.qbw). Students should practice strictly with the provided sample data and should never upload live customer Social Security Numbers or unredacted personal credit card numbers into the shared training lab.
• Fair-Start 90-Day Countdown & Automated Reminders: Your 90-day access timer starts only when an administrator assigns your RDP credentials. Our system automatically dispatches courtesy expiration reminders to your email and Student Locker inbox at 14 days, 7 days, and 2 days remaining. Upon expiration (0 days), your RDP password is automatically rotated so the seat can be sanitized and reassigned.

All course tuition payments and 90-day lab extensions are processed through Authorize.net using direct 256-Bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant tokenization.

When collision repair shop owners, MSOs, CPAs, insurers, or legal counsel retain Tony Passwater / AEII or our QuickBooksRus® / BizPros divisions for 4000/5000 COA setup, corrupted .qbw file repair, embezzlement investigations, Diminished Value appraisals, or nationwide Legal Expert Witness testimony:

• Strict Non-Disclosure & Evidentiary Privilege: All financial ledgers, shop estimating data, vehicle inspection reports, and litigation files shared with AEII are treated as strictly confidential and are protected under applicable consulting agreements and legal work-product privileges across all 50 US states.

We use strictly necessary functional cookies and browser storage (sessionStorage and localStorage) to maintain your authenticated WordPress/WooCommerce login session, keep your Enrollment Cart synchronized in real time, and cache your Student Locker greeting badge.

We do not allow third-party behavioral ad networks to track your learning workspace. Trusted infrastructure processors include Authorize.net (payment processing), FluentSMTP (encrypted transactional email delivery), and Cloudflare / Wordfence (DDoS and firewall protection).

Regardless of whether you reside in Indiana, California, any of the 50 US states, Canada, Australia, or international markets, you retain full ownership and control over your personal data:

• Right to Access & Portability: You may view and download your enrolled course history, earned certificates, and PDF tuition invoices at any time inside your Student Locker (/my-locker/).
• Right to Rectification & Avatar Removal: You can update your name, billing address, password, or permanently delete your custom profile photo with one click inside your Locker settings.
