Welcome to International Training Solutions ("ITS"), a specialized educational division of AEII, LLC (Automotive Educational Institute), headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States of America (founded in 1986). By accessing internationaltrainingsolutions.com, creating a Student Locker account (/my-locker/), enrolling in any training program, or connecting to our Cloud RDP Lab (rdp.internationaltrainingsolutions.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms also govern your interaction with our interconnected sister portals and divisions:

To enroll in courses and access our 3-Column Learning Workstation, you must register for a verified Student Locker account protected by our 6-digit Email 2FA One-Time Passcode (OTP) system.

• Strict Single-User Seat License: Each standard course enrollment grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one (1) individual student. Sharing your Student Locker login or Cloud RDP credentials with multiple employees, other collision shops, or third parties is strictly prohibited and monitored by LearnDash LMS Integrity.
• Multi-Seat Shop Team & MSO Packages: Collision repair centers and Multi-Shop Operators (MSOs) wishing to train multiple estimators, office managers, or bookkeepers must purchase individual seats for each staff member or request a discounted Multi-Seat Shop Team Package via our Support Desk (/contact-us/).

Select hands-on QuickBooks training programs include a dedicated practice seat on our hosted Cloud Remote Desktop Services (RDS) gateway (rdp.internationaltrainingsolutions.com), pre-loaded with our standardized collision repair practice company file (ITS Sample Co.qbw).

• Automated Expiration Warnings & Seat Reset: Our system automatically dispatches courtesy reminders to your email and Student Locker inbox when you have 14 days, 7 days, and 2 days (48 hours) remaining. Upon reaching 0 days (expiration), your RDP launch buttons lock automatically and our administrator rotates your server password so the seat can be sanitized. Optional +90-Day Lab Extensions may be purchased prior to or after expiration.
• Acceptable Lab Use Policy: The Cloud RDP server is provided exclusively for practicing course exercises inside ITS Sample Co.qbw. Students must never install unauthorized software, alter system settings, upload real customer Social Security Numbers/credit cards, or use the server for commercial hosting.

All program tuition fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and processed securely via Authorize.net 256-Bit SSL encryption. Upon successful payment, an itemized PDF tuition invoice is automatically generated and stored in the Orders & PDF Receipts tab of your Student Locker.

• On-Demand Digital Curriculum & Cloud RDP Provisioning: Because your Student Locker, downloadable Collision COA guides, and curriculum modules unlock immediately upon enrollment—and dedicated Cloud RDP server licenses are allocated per student—completed digital enrollments where course modules have been accessed or RDP credentials have been provisioned are generally non-refundable.
• vLIVE™ Workshops & Scheduled Events: If you register for a scheduled live workshop (hosted via QuickBooksTraining.us/events/) and are unable to attend due to shop emergencies, you may request a courtesy transfer to the next scheduled workshop date or convert your credit toward self-paced online training by contacting [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to the event.

All curriculum videos, instructional text, downloadable PDF lab packets, standardized 4000-series Revenue and 5000-series COGS Collision Chart of Accounts (COA) templates, practice company files (ITS Sample Co.qbw), and software tools are the exclusive copyrighted intellectual property of AEII, LLC and Tony Passwater.

To maintain the integrity of AEII & ITS Certification across the collision repair industry, our courses enforce structured linear module progression:

• Earning Your Official PDF Diploma: Students must complete all required lessons, practical Cloud RDP exercises, and pass the final certification exam to unlock their printable AEII / ITS Certificate of Completion inside the Certificates & Scores tab of their Locker.
• Verified Graduate Reviews: When you submit a course review from your Student Locker, you grant ITS permission to display your submitted name/initials, role, state, and testimonial quote on our official website as a Verified Graduate Review.

Our online training programs and Student Locker resources are designed to provide collision industry accounting, job-costing, and operational education.

• No Automatic CPA Tax Filing or Attorney-Client Relationship: Enrolling in an online course or submitting a preliminary inquiry through our Contact Us form does not establish a formal CPA tax-preparer relationship or formal Legal Expert Witness retention.
• Separate Consulting & Expert Witness Agreements: Custom QuickBooksRus® 4000/5000 COA installations, corrupted .qbw file repairs, forensic embezzlement investigations, Diminished Value appraisals, and nationwide Legal Expert Witness testimony (for Plaintiffs or Defendants across all 50 US states) are governed by separate written engagement and retainer agreements with AEII, LLC.

Our platform is protected by enterprise defensive engineering, including LearnDash LMS Integrity, our 7-Layer Binary Avatar Sanitizer, and our 12-Layer Anti-Bot & Anti-AI Firewall. Users agree not to:

While AEII and ITS strive to maintain 99.9% uptime across our website and Cloud RDP gateway, all training materials and virtual lab environments are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Scheduled server maintenance or temporary internet interruptions do not constitute a breach of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative liability of AEII, LLC and International Training Solutions for any claim arising out of or relating to your online course enrollment shall not exceed the total tuition amount paid by you for the specific training program giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve (12) months.
